Biblically speaking, In biblical times, was anyone authorized to turn Olive Oil into a Martini?

The wizard of popeye was certified in that area.

gotta go wax my toe hairBiblically speaking, In biblical times, was anyone authorized to turn Olive Oil into a Martini?
Jesus turned water to wine at a wedding for the bride and groom not to be embarrassed. An old friend of mine who call himself atheist is far too bitter about that as there is hunger in the world nowadays and the Gospel spends far too much time making bread out of stones in the dessert or multiplying fish and bread to feed the crowd. I suppose he is not that atheist as he worries too much to be bitter about all those things.

Sure, it was Popeye.. you know, the sailor man.

Hell, he's as real as the biblical god.
';Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging, and whoever is deceived thereby is not wise.';

Don't think so.
I think only Jesus was allowed.
Martini's remind me of dryness.

And Nope.
Jesus was, I'm assuming.
