I want to lose weight in my thighs and my lower stomach and I like eating just salad with lemon juice mixed with olive oil as a dressing and salt and pepper.Does eating just salad with lemon juice and olive oil maike you lose weight?
Eating just salad with minimal oils and flavoring will actually make your thighs as well as your stomach seem more flabby.


By limiting your caloric intake to such an extreme manner your body will go into starvation mode and try and store as much fat as possible. When your body does this it will stop using fat as energy and use the easiest form of energy that can be found and that is in your muscle. Consequently, you lose the tone and tightness of having muscle and you are left with fat.
