My grandma makes a delicious pasta with olive oil. She boils the noodles, cooks some mushrooms and garlic in olive oil and pours it on top of the pasta. It is delicious. She makes chicken breasts and broccoli to go along with it. YUM. =)
Olive Oil Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

1/2 box Pasta

4 cloves Garlic

Basil (fresh or dried)

2 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Begin the pasta to boiling. Start mashing garlic. Halfway through boil time, heat olive oil in pan and add half garlic and half basil. Low heat. Drain pasta and add to oil. Add rest of garlic and basil to taste. Coat pasta. Add parmesan and turn off heat. Keep stirring or serve.
Try adding olive oil to mash potato instead of butter and milk, and if you are frying use rice bran oil.
well, if you want VERY simple, then you could add some olive oil to a pan, and when hot, add about 5 cloves of minced garlic, some crushed red pepper flakes, and a can of anchovies (with the oil)

Boil your pasta and when done cooking, add to the pan with the oil and anchovies, toss to coat and add some fresh chopped italian parsley and grated pecorino cheese.
Add this to your boiled pasta

1 packet of baby vine tomatoes

1 large onion

i handful of fresh basil

In a frying pan heat a little olive oil, sautee your onion and add the tomatoes until they are heated thru

mix this with you pasta and add the chopped basil

serve with a little grated cheese.
Saute up any almost any veggies in garlic, pepper, and a little olive oil and toss with pasta. I prefer spinach, tomatoes, and a couple of diced olives at the end for garnich.
