Absolutely! It's great if taken internally, as well as externally.

yes it is. I've never tried this tho, but im sure it wouldn't be so bad if you rub it on your skin! hehe....
Olive Oil is excellent for the skin if taken through diet, either by cooking with it or drizzling it over salads. If you are a fish lover try salmon or mackerel, they are oily fish and also work wonders for the skin. Also cod liver oil capsules work wonders for the skin, hair and nails.
olive oil used in cooking is very good for the skin, hair and nails as is the oils found in fish such as mackeral etc. If you don't like to use olive oil in cooking and dont like fish, try boots - they do a great vitamin designed for skin, hair and nails made from a number of different healthy oils.

I've been using it for about 6mths now and have really noticed a difference to the condition of my nails, skin and hair.
Yes it is so good for your skin and your body in general buy the best quality extra virgin cold pressed olive oil that you can afford.

I love using it in making fresh basil pesto with toasted pine nuts and penne. Yumm had that for supper last night it was lovely.

yes - any good oil like omega 3 oils are good for your skin, hair and nails
olive oil or canola oil are very healthy. I don't know if some other more exotic oil like the palm oil I used to eat in Africa would be better.
not only good but very good
Yep, it's full of antioxidants. Virgen olive oil (first pressing) is best.

Olive oil is also good to dry skin; smooth on a few drops with a cotton ball. Really good for chapped hands after painting, working with abrasive detergents, etc.
