Does rubbing olive oil & lavender oil really help hair growth?

the matter is because it is OIL and in my mind i know oil block the pores...but i wanna know if it really works and ok to rub them vigorously on scalp to help hair growth.

and before blowing dry wet hair, is there any cream or product to apply so that the hot air wouldnt damage my hair?

any other solutions for thinning hair?Does rubbing olive oil %26amp; lavender oil really help hair growth?
first of all, dont shampoo your hair everyday.

it takes the natural oils out.

shampoo your hair once or twice a week.

conditon your hair everday though.

leave it on for at least an hour or so.

or you can leave it on overnight and sleep with it (wrapped in a towel)

and wash it in the morning.

makes your hair soo soft and helps with breakage, dry and damaged, frizzy hair.

do not use pantene or herbal (they have chemicals and waxes that isnt good for our hair)

use dove therapy or tressume! dove therapy has serum in there.

eat lots of healthy food.

red meat helps with hair growth

bananas, vitamins (vit c and b) helps with hair growth.

massage your scalp while washing your hair (helps with hair growth and increase blood cirulation)

do not brush your hair while wet, causes breakage and frizziness.

let it air dry. comb your hair with your fingers.

let it down and straight.

just keep conditioning your hair all the time to prevent damages and breakage.
